110 km to the north from Helsinki in Harviala, Janakkala, this modern 105 m² lakeside villa was built in 2023 by lake Sääjärvi. There is a campfire site and a pier by the lake. The bottom of the lake is soft near the shore, and you can access it for swimming from the pier.

There is a large landscape window which gives a wonderful view of the fishy Lake Sääjärvi. The well-equipped living room and kitchen are open to the ceiling. In addition there are 2 spacious bedrooms on the ground floor. One with double bed (160 cm) and other with bunk bed (2 x 80 cm). Upstairs a large low loft with 2 beds (80 cm). In addition an utility room.

There is no sauna.

There is a charcoal grill, which has a smoker and a BBQ grill. A kayak and rowing boat are available for use.

Please contact Lomarengas if you want to rent this cottage just for a day without staying overnight, for example for a meeting. The price is 625 e in summer (after Midsummer - mid August) and 430 e at other times, including towels. Day use is from 9 am to 11 pm. The daily price is not in use at Christmas, New Year, Easter and Midsummer. The villa has a large panoramic window on one wall, offering a magnificent view of the fish-rich lake Sääjärvi. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
